About this role

EquipmentShare's Phoenix rental facility is looking for a hands-on technician to maintain and repair a range of job site equipment—from modular structures and trench safety systems to temporary shoring and waste removal solutions. You'd be responsible for setting up, servicing, and tearing down equipment, inspecting units before they go out to customers, and handling repairs across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, flooring, plumbing, and basic electrical work. The role uses EquipmentShare's T3 platform to track work orders and equipment status, so you'll always know what's staged, deployed, or coming next.

This is a temporary, in-office position working Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM, with overtime pay available and occasional on-call scheduling. The job calls for someone with practical experience in building maintenance, handyman work, construction, or remodeling—someone who can troubleshoot problems independently, work safely with hand and power tools, and recognize when specialized trades need to step in. You'll need a high school diploma, valid driver's license with a clean record, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move freely throughout the workday. A trade school certificate is preferred, and you must be at least 21 to operate company vehicles. The role is contingent on passing a background check and a 10-panel drug screen.
