About this role
Qualtrics' Go-To-Market Enablement team is building learning programs that directly shape how thousands of employees and partners engage with customers. As an Associate Instructional Designer, you'd own the full lifecycle of digital content—from interviewing subject matter experts and scripting to publishing in the LMS and analyzing learner feedback. The work spans multiple formats: e-learning modules, videos, job aids, and in-app guidance, all designed to be produced and updated at speed to keep pace with product changes and business transformation. You'd work alongside senior instructional designers who'll coach you, and you'd have direct access to an active community of practice across the global team.
The role demands comfort with both the craft and the tools. You'll use Articulate 360, WorkRamp, Highspot, WhatFix, and Canva as part of your daily workflow, and you'll integrate AI into drafting, scripting, and quality checks—not as a replacement for judgment, but as a way to move faster. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in content development, technical writing, or instructional design; hands-on experience with Articulate; and a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging formats. You'll need strong organizational skills to juggle concurrent projects and the adaptability to shift between polished, immersive learning and lean, just-in-time assets depending on what the business needs.
This is a full-time, in-office role in Seattle with a salary range of $75,000–$91,000. It's built for someone who wants to deepen expertise in experience management as a category, learn how sales and services functions drive customer success, and grow their instructional design chops under direct mentorship.
