- Technical-to-Value Translator: You turn complex product and platform architectures, enterprise data capabilities, and applied AI into clear, persona-aligned business value that sellers can communicate and customers can realize.
- Rigorous Execution: You leverage strong program and project management capabilities as an essential skill to keep complex, multi-stakeholder product launches and global learning programs running smoothly on schedule.
How You’ll Grow
- Master Experience Management (XM) as a category, developing deep technical and strategic expertise across platform architectures, enterprise data integration, and AI innovation.
- Gain broad visibility across the entire GTM executive leadership team, shaping programs that directly impact both new business acquisition (ARR) and net revenue retention (NRR).
- Learn how enterprise buyers across various industries (Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Public Sector) evaluate, purchase, and extract value from Data and AI solutions.
- Help shape our global Product & Solution Enablement framework and establish scalable standards for product rollouts, technical certifications, and persona-based messaging.
Things You’ll Do
- Design Learning Journeys: Build structured, multi-modal learning paths and field playbooks for core platform releases, data capabilities, and AI-driven solution features.
- Enable the Full GTM Engine: Map product capabilities to role-specific behaviors: equipping SDRs on pain-point messaging, AEs on value-based discovery, SEs on technical architecture/demo execution, and Services on platform adoption, value realization, and expansion.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner with Product, PMM, and GTM Leadership to translate product roadmaps into business-ready GTM launches and field certifications.
- Facilitate & Certify: Deliver high-impact interactive workshops, demo practice sessions, and knowledge checks in person and virtually that build field confidence and certified fluency.
- Drive Strategic Program Management: Apply disciplined project management capabilities to manage workstreams, keep multi-stakeholder initiatives on track, and ensure consistent global delivery.
- Measure Business Outcomes: Analyze enablement data against full-lifecycle GTM metrics (e.g., ramp velocity, win rates, demo conversion, multi-product adoption, and NRR) to prove ROI and iterate continuously.

About this role
Qualtrics is looking for an enablement leader who can bridge product complexity and field execution. In this role, you'll design learning journeys and field playbooks that translate the platform's data and AI capabilities into role-specific behaviors—equipping SDRs on messaging, AEs on discovery, SEs on technical architecture, and Services teams on adoption and expansion. You'll sit within the Chief Sales Officer's organization with visibility across the entire GTM leadership team, orchestrating product launches and certifications that directly move the needle on ramp velocity, win rates, and revenue retention.
This is a program and project management role at its core. You'll partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, and GTM leaders to keep multi-stakeholder initiatives on track, facilitate workshops and certifications, and measure enablement against real business outcomes—not completion rates. The work demands someone who has spent 4+ years building end-to-end enablement strategies in enterprise SaaS or data environments, understands platform architectures and AI capabilities enough to translate them for different audiences, and views disciplined execution as essential to driving impact.
You'll grow deep expertise in the Experience Management category while shaping how a global organization learns and sells. The role is based in Dallas and requires in-office presence.
