About this role
D.H. Pace Company's Nashville showroom is looking for someone to bridge sales, operations, and customer service in a role that touches nearly every part of the business. You'd spend your days handling counter sales and special orders, staging materials for job site pickups, calling on local businesses to build the wholesale parts business, and managing the showroom itself—from ordering stock to keeping displays fresh. The work requires accuracy with measurements and calculations, clear written communication for job proposals and invoices, and comfort with office software and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate has at least two years in sales or construction products, strong math skills, and mechanical aptitude. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred. You'll need to work well with the installation team and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment where no two days are identical. This is a contract position based in-office in Nashville.
D.H. Pace offers solid benefits from day one—medical, dental, and vision coverage starting your first full month, paid time off, company-paid life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, and employee discounts. The company is a billion-dollar family business marking its 100th anniversary in 2026, with 60+ offices nationwide.
