About this role
Continental Services is hiring a Night Shuttle Driver to manage product delivery routes across the Van Buren area on a Sunday through Thursday schedule, starting between 4 PM and 6 PM. The role centers on driving an established route to deliver inventory to market and vending locations, with responsibilities that include coordinating with the warehouse on product readiness, loading and unloading merchandise safely, and handling cash collections from designated stops. On non-drop routes, you'll also be responsible for merchandising and stocking the locations yourself.
Beyond driving, this position requires attention to detail around food safety and sanitation protocols during transit, basic cash handling and loss prevention procedures, and maintaining communication with management about account changes and scheduling needs. You'll need a high school diploma or GED, a valid Chauffeur's license, and the ability to pass a DOT physical. Prior retail experience and familiarity with merchandising are strongly preferred. The work demands comfort with repetitive tasks, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and extended time sitting in a vehicle.
The ideal candidate combines a results-oriented mindset with genuine customer service skills, strong ethics, and alignment with Continental's values of hospitality and collaboration. You should be detail-oriented, flexible, and capable of following both written and verbal instructions while maintaining open communication with your team. Continental offers health coverage, dental and vision, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and other benefits for eligible employees.
