Description
Who we are:
Yoodli helps people get measurably better in their careers. We help individuals achieve this by helping them land their job, onboard at their companies, learn new skills, practice a speech, sales pitch or difficult conversation, and then take your Yoodli coach with you from one role to the next. For organizations, this means helping you upskill your entire workforce for the AI Future.
We’ve always believed in the human potential. In 2021, Esha and Varun started Yoodli as an AI communication coach - to help people communicate with confidence. Since then, our users have used Yoodli for so much more: to learn new concepts through AI Roleplays, practice different kinds of conversations (sales pitches, job interviews, manager conversations), and even use Yoodli as their personal coach to help them learn to use Gemini, Claude or other AI Tools. It’s why we expanded our technology to be the AI Platform for Human Skills.
Who We Are
Our team includes former employees from Google, Apple, Microsoft, Tableau, and beyond, united by a passion for empowering people using AI. We're headquartered in the heart of Seattle, and we're having a lot of fun along the way. Our culture is built on failing fast, iterating constantly, and taking bold bets. We value humility, authenticity, and a can-do-attitude.
We’re backed by Madrona, Neotribe the Allen Institute for AI, Cercano, and have raised over $60M to date.
Our customers include Google, RingCentral, Databricks, Snowflake, Sandler Sales, Dale Carnegie, Toastmasters, and users in over 150 countries. We’ve been featured in Forbes, Fortune, WSJ, Geekwire, ZDNet, and several other outlets (www.yoodli.ai/press). The Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who combines strategic depth with the speed and efficiency of how the best marketers work today. You'll own product positioning and messaging at a strategic level, translating deep customer insight, competitive intelligence, and product innovation into narratives that drive adoption, accelerate pipeline, and build durable category leadership. You'll move fast, stay close to the market, and use every tool available to keep Yoodli's story sharp and current as the product evolves.
This role sits at the center of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You'll set the direction for how Yoodli shows up in the market, lead high-stakes launches, build the systems that scale institutional knowledge, and coach the GTM organization on how to win. As a senior voice in the company, you'll shape both what we say and how we launch, influencing category positioning and messaging strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Own positioning, messaging, and storytelling:
Define and evolve Yoodli's product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks across buyer personas, translating complex AI capabilities into clear, benefit-led narratives. You'll set the standard for how the entire company talks about what we do and why it matters, and you'll actively steward that standard across channels and teams. - Lead go-to-market and launch execution:
Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to design and execute go-to-market and launch strategies for new features, solutions, and partnerships. Drives awareness, engagement, and retention across segments. You won't just execute launches, you'll design the strategy, define success metrics, and ensure the organization is aligned and equipped to win. - Champion customer and market insight:
Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify trends, unmet needs, and communication pain points; map user journeys to strengthen positioning and product-market fit. - Build durable, AI-supported market knowledge:
Create and maintain AI-assisted repositories of personas, objections, use cases, and competitive insights that preserve and scale institutional knowledge across teams. - Own and enable product marketing collateral end-to-end: Serve as the primary driver of product marketing collateral, working closely with the design team to create high-impact assets. Translate product features into clear creative briefs with recommended visuals, while maintaining decks, one-pagers, videos, messaging guides, and FAQs that help tell the Yoodli story across audiences.
- Support experimentation and continuous feedback loops:
Pair human judgment with AI-assisted drafting, iteration, and feedback to improve speed, consistency, and messaging precision.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of owning positioning and GTM strategy for complex products in competitive markets
- Demonstrated success leading product launches from strategy through execution, including building the enablement systems that sustain adoption post-launch
- Expert-level messaging and storytelling skills. Able to distill complex technology into clear, human narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers and drive action
- Deep experience developing sales enablement assets and enabling revenue teams, including frameworks that hold up across deal stages and buyer personas
- Strong analytical foundation, with comfort using pipeline data, win/loss analysis, and customer research to guide strategic decisions
- A modern approach to the craft. You use AI tools and workflows to move faster on research synthesis, messaging iteration, and keeping enablement assets current, without letting them substitute for the strategic thinking and editorial judgment that make great PMM work actually land
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment, with the ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
- Highly collaborative leadership style, with a history of influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
Compensation
- Total compensation is targeted at $170 - $200K (depending on experience)
- Equity opportunities at a fast growing company
- Health, dental, vision insurance
- 401k plans
- Flexible PTO, free lunches at the office
What’s in it for you?
- Huge impact opportunity: Build and scale a company from the ground up
- Competitive compensation
- Work on a daily basis with the founding team and mentors
- Join a fun, inclusive and highly motivated team culture (and help define it!)
Benefits
- vision insurance
- 401(k)
- paid time off
- stock options
About this role
Yoodli is building an AI platform for human skills development, and this role puts you at the center of how the company communicates that mission to the market. You'll own positioning and messaging strategy across a complex product landscape—translating AI capabilities and communication coaching tools into narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers and drive adoption. This isn't a support function; you'll set the standard for how Yoodli shows up everywhere, from launches to sales enablement to customer conversations.
The work spans strategy and execution in equal measure. You'll conduct customer research and competitive analysis to inform positioning, lead go-to-market launches for new features and solutions, build scalable repositories of market knowledge, and create the collateral that enables sales and customer success teams to win. You'll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success, and you'll need to move fast—using AI tools to accelerate research, iteration, and asset creation without sacrificing the strategic judgment that makes messaging actually land.
This role suits someone with 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, a proven track record owning launches and positioning in competitive markets, and deep expertise in sales enablement and storytelling. You should be comfortable with data-driven decision-making, thrive in high-growth startup environments, and have a collaborative leadership style. The position is hybrid in Seattle, with compensation targeted at $170–$200K plus equity.
