About this role

Orchestra, a strategic communications firm built from nine integrated agencies, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in their New York office. This role sits at the operational center of a fast-paced, complex organization—managing calendars across multiple leaders and time zones, coordinating domestic and international travel, and ensuring the logistics that allow executives to focus on strategy and client work. You'd also facilitate communication between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders while maintaining the administrative systems that keep the office running smoothly.

The ideal candidate brings five to ten years of executive assistant experience, ideally in a demanding professional environment where juggling competing priorities and anticipating needs are daily requirements. You'll need strong organizational skills, discretion with confidential information, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and the judgment to problem-solve independently while staying composed under pressure. Excellent communication—written and verbal—across all levels is essential, as is the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.

This is a hybrid role based in New York with an expectation of being in the office at least three days per week. The salary range is $80,000–$100,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
