What you'll do:
- Load/unload trucks, maintain plant equipment
- Clean water coolers and production gear
- Operate company vehicles, including forklifts
- Meet customer needs, promote Culligan products
- Coordinate with other departments
- Route driving as needed

About this role
Packard Culligan Water's Boise location is hiring a Plant/Warehouse Technician to handle the operational backbone of their water treatment business. You'd spend your days loading and unloading delivery trucks, maintaining plant equipment and water coolers, operating forklifts and company vehicles, and stepping in as a backup route driver when needed. The role requires physical capability (lifting up to 50 lbs regularly), mechanical aptitude, and comfort learning new equipment and processes. You'll also interact with customers to understand their needs and promote Culligan's products.
This position suits someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
