MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for our beautiful property, Tupelo Alley, located in, Portland, OR!
This person will be responsible for building and training their team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and all operational tasks to help the property thrive!
Qualifications
- Must have RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community!
- Supervisory/management experience a must!
- Yardi experience preferred.
- Team building and effective management skills a must!
- Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc. are required to make this position a success!
- Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

MG Properties is looking for an experienced Community Manager to lead operations at Tupelo Alley, a Portland apartment community. You'll own the full scope of property management—building and training your team, executing marketing strategy, managing the operating budget, and handling day-to-day operations. This is a leadership role that demands someone comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
To succeed here, you need recent hands-on experience managing an apartment community and a track record in supervisory roles. The job calls for demonstrated competency across operations, marketing, budgeting, and sales. Yardi software experience is preferred.
