About this role

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope's manufacturing operations need a Senior FP&A Analyst in Dallas who can bridge finance and operations strategy. You'll own monthly forecasting for material and conversion costs, build financial models for growth opportunities, and analyze performance across the company's 80+ facilities. This role demands someone comfortable moving between detailed cost accounting and big-picture strategic planning—you'll support annual budgets, evaluate supply chain efficiency, and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in FP&A, commercial finance, or business analytics, with advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with large datasets. Manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred but not required; what matters more is your comfort with financial modeling, critical thinking, and translating numbers into actionable insights. Proficiency in Power BI and ERP systems like SAP or Epicor would strengthen your candidacy.

You'll be evaluated on forecast accuracy, reporting quality, and your ability to identify cost or profit improvement opportunities. The position is full-time, in-office in Dallas, with a salary range of $92,000–$105,000 and a performance-based compensation structure that includes potential annual raises and bonuses.
