About this role

At Asset Living, this Senior Regional Manager role offers strategic leadership over a substantial multifamily portfolio and the Regional Managers who oversee it. You'll work directly with executive leadership and ownership groups to drive financial performance, operational excellence, and growth across multiple markets. The position blends hands-on portfolio management—from budgeting and financial analysis to compliance oversight and capital planning—with significant people leadership, as you'll mentor Regional Managers, manage performance, and build succession pipelines.

The scope is broad. You'll conduct property inspections and operational audits, lead quarterly business reviews with institutional clients, analyze market trends and leasing strategies, and partner on acquisitions and distressed asset turnarounds. You're expected to identify operational inefficiencies, implement portfolio-wide improvements, resolve complex client concerns, and represent the company in business development efforts. This demands strong financial acumen, client relationship skills, and the ability to drive consistency across regions while adapting to local market conditions.

This role suits someone with proven multifamily management experience, a track record managing teams and P&Ls, and the executive presence to lead ownership conversations. You'll need operational depth—compliance, budgeting, leasing strategy—combined with the leadership capability to develop and hold Regional Managers accountable. The position is based in Phoenix and requires in-office presence.
