Description
LOCATION:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is a remote, work from home position, as are all positions at Acceleration Partners (a structure central to our culture and our vision to change the work/life paradigm). Some travel is required, for client meetings or other internal meetings, conferences, etc.
THE ROLE:
Acceleration Partners is looking for a true talent partner: someone with a genuine, vested interest in identifying the best possible candidates for our hiring managers, saving them time and creating real efficiency in their day. You'll conduct thoughtful, consultative job intake with hiring managers so you deeply understand the role, the team, and what “great” actually looks like - then use that understanding to go find the best talent in the market. You'll source proactively with LinkedIn Recruiter to reach passive candidates, not simply work through inbound applications. You'll filter talent through screening to arrive at a tight, high-conviction slate of top candidates. You'll have a genuine stake in the outcome of every search and a seat at the table in the hiring decision, not just a hand in the process.
You'll own talent acquisition end to end for Acceleration Partners. You'll report to a Senior Director who sets the vision and strategy, but day to day this is your function to run.
This is a high-volume, in-house corporate recruiting role that is both strategic and tactical, and it is global in scope: you won't only be recruiting for roles in the US, but for roles across Europe and, at times, Asia (many of which come with language fluency requirements). You'll be running multiple searches and conducting multiple candidate interviews every day, on an ongoing basis and you genuinely enjoy that rhythm rather than seeing it as something to get past. At the same time, when you're not actively recruiting, you'll be looking for ways to make the function better: building interviewer training for hiring managers, designing better interview processes, creating scorecards and standardized question templates, and finding creative ways to use AI to remove friction from the process (job description drafting, interview design, and other time-consuming tasks). We expect you to leverage AI for efficiency behind the scenes, and at the same time, candidates should feel a high-touch, human experience from first outreach through offer.
At Acceleration Partners, we have three core values that we apply to everything we do: Own It, Embrace Relationships, and Excel & Improve. The ideal candidate will have a track record that reflects all three.
Top 5 Responsibilities
- Consultative Hiring Manager Partnership & Interview Process: Partner with hiring managers through effective, consultative job intakes that go deep on the role, the team, and what “great” actually looks like, so you can act as a true filter rather than a pass-through. Guide hiring managers and interviewers in creating accurate, up-to-date job descriptions, developing the right interview questions and scorecards, and following a standardized interview process for fair and accurate candidate assessment. Run hiring committees and bring a genuine point of view and a stake in every hiring decision.
- Sourcing, Research & Industry Expertise: Execute a proactive sourcing strategy focused on finding top talent, not waiting for it to apply. Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other online resources, keyword search techniques, target company lists, and competitor research to identify passive candidates, and reach out with effective, personalized messaging. Build deep knowledge of the industries and talent markets we hire from, and keep job posts on our website and job boards current.
- High-Volume, Global Interviewing & Efficient Process: Conduct multiple candidate interviews every day for roles across the US, Europe, and at times Asia, including roles with language fluency requirements, while maintaining a high standard for talent. Review resumes daily and vet required qualifications for a high volume of applicants. Screen as deeply as needed, to present only the strongest candidates for the role, and give candidates timely feedback. Run an efficient process and leverage AI behind the scenes, while candidates always receive a high-touch, human experience.
- ATS Management, Reporting & Recruiting Data: Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and requisition data in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and ensure data integrity. Maintain the master recruiting dashboard and weekly candidate pipeline reports, and use recruiting data to give stakeholders reliable insight into pipeline health and hiring progress.
- Strategic Projects & Continuous Improvement: Between searches, lead projects that make our hiring processes more efficient and effective, such as building and delivering interviewer training for hiring managers, conducting due diligence on AI tools and implementing the right ones, strengthening our employer brand, and proposing topics and content for ongoing recruiter and hiring manager enablement.
You Are Great for This Role If You:
- Have deep in-house/corporate recruiting experience. Agency or staffing-only backgrounds are not a fit for this role.
- Love sourcing - you're energized by finding passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and crafting outreach that earns a response, rather than waiting for applications to arrive.
- Are excited by recruiting globally across the US, Europe, and at times Asia, including roles that require language fluency, and can adapt your approach to different markets.
- Have experience recruiting for senior or executive-level roles and bring that same rigor to every search.
- Genuinely enjoy high-volume recruiting and conducting multiple interviews a day, day after day - this is a consistent, ongoing part of the role, not a temporary ramp-up.
- Are naturally consultative and curious. You ask the right questions in job intake and push hiring managers to be specific about what they actually need.
- Think strategically about the recruiting function while staying hands-on with the tactical, day-to-day work of sourcing, screening, and scheduling.
- Have a track record of building tools like interview scorecards, structured question sets, or interviewer training that other people actually use.
- Are comfortable using AI tools to work more efficiently, while making sure candidates never feel it. You treat AI as a behind-the-scenes accelerator, never a replacement for human judgment, and you deliver a high-touch, human experience to every candidate.
- Have excellent judgment, resourcefulness, and the confidence to advise and influence hiring managers at every level.
- Thrive working independently and remotely, with strong ownership and follow-through.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful time spent in an in-house/corporate talent acquisition function (not agency- or staffing-only).
- Experience recruiting for senior, executive, or otherwise high-stakes roles preferred.
- Experience recruiting marketing professionals preferred.
- Proven sourcing expertise, including hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively identify and engage passive candidates (not just managing inbound applicants).
- Experience recruiting across multiple geographies (US, Europe, and/or Asia) preferred, not required
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience building interview scorecards, standardized question templates, or interviewer training programs.
- Comfort and enthusiasm for managing a high-volume pipeline and conducting several candidate interviews per day.
- Practical experience using AI tools to support recruiting workflows (e.g., job descriptions, interview guides, sourcing outreach), paired with sound judgment to keep the candidate experience personal and human.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.

About this role
Acceleration Partners is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own recruiting end-to-end for the company—a fully remote role based in Philadelphia but working globally. This is a high-volume, in-house corporate recruiting function where you'll conduct consultative job intakes with hiring managers, proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, screen candidates to a tight slate, and participate meaningfully in hiring decisions. You'll run multiple searches and conduct multiple interviews daily as a consistent rhythm, not an occasional spike. The role spans US, European, and occasional Asian markets, including positions requiring language fluency.
Beyond day-to-day recruiting, you'll drive continuous improvement across the function: designing interview processes, building hiring manager training, creating assessment scorecards, and identifying ways AI can reduce friction while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience. You'll manage Greenhouse ATS data integrity, maintain pipeline reporting, and bring strategic thinking to how the recruiting operation runs. This role reports to a Senior Director but operates with genuine autonomy and influence over hiring outcomes.
The ideal candidate has substantial in-house corporate recruiting experience—not agency or staffing background—and genuinely enjoys the volume and pace of this work. You should be naturally consultative, energized by sourcing rather than waiting for applications, comfortable recruiting for senior-level roles with the same rigor applied across all levels, and able to adapt your approach across different geographic markets and talent landscapes.
