About this role

Arqit is hiring a Sales Specialist to lead quantum-safe encryption sales into the critical infrastructure sector—energy utilities, telcos, banking, and financial services—across the Americas. You'd own multi-million-dollar revenue targets, build key account strategies, and work closely with product and marketing teams to refine go-to-market approaches. Federal sector experience is valued. The role demands self-direction, resilience, and comfort navigating complexity in a fast-moving organization.

Compensation is base salary $150,000–$225,000 plus commission, with on-target earnings of $250,000–$325,000. You'll need unrestricted US work authorization and ideally a degree in engineering or a related technical field.
