Join our team, and help us shape the future of anime!
As a Principal Technical Program Manager in Enterprise Technology, you will lead the delivery of our largest technology initiatives: enterprise system implementations, migrations and integration programs that cut across engineering teams, business functions and external partners. You are as comfortable in a design review as in a steering committee: you understand systems well enough to see delivery risk, and you explain it in terms the business can understand and act on.
This is a senior individual contributor role. As the business grows, so does the number of programs running at once, and leaders need one person who can tell them what is on track, what is at risk and where a decision is needed. You will also set the standard for how technical program management works in Enterprise Technology. AI tools are part of how we plan and communicate; you are expected to use them.
We are considering applicants for the Dallas location (in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays).
What You'll Do
- Lead large, complex technical programs across engineering, product, business functions, and external partners, from plan to launch.
- Build and maintain integrated program plan: milestones, dependencies, and the critical path across every team and system involved.
- Keep one reliable view of program health that leaders can read at any time.
- Surface technical and cross-team risks early.
- Own the release and change calendar for Enterprise Technology systems and the cutover coordination for major launches: freeze windows, readiness criteria, go/no-go, and the rollback decision path.
- Run the program cadence: planning, dependency reviews, risk and decision tracking, retrospectives.
- Set the practices for technical program management across Enterprise Technology: what counts as a program, how plans and risks are managed, and how delivery stays visible as the portfolio grows.
About You
We get excited about candidates, like you, because...
- You have 15+ years of experience leading complex technical programs, with at least 3 at senior or principal scope.
- You have Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- You have prior experience as an engineer, systems analyst, technical lead or equivalent hands-on role before moving into program delivery.
- You have led at least one major enterprise system implementation or migration from planning through cutover, including the technical cutover.
- You can read and question technical artifacts directly: integration designs, data-migration plans, release plans, test results.
- You are an expert in program planning, critical path and dependency management, and release readiness.
- You have sound judgment on when to decide, when to consult and when to escalate.
- You can turn a complex program into a concise, decision oriented update.
- You are hands-on with AI-assisted tools in program work, and willing to implement new capabilities into planning, analysis and documentation.
A plus if you have experience with:
- Programs involving financial systems, business applications or digital media workflows.
- Compliance sensitive or audit controlled environments.
- Programs with external vendors or implementation partners.
