BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who has a passion for 1:1 care to join our New Florence area team to work part time days and night shifts. Qualifications for a private duty LPN:
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay up to [$23-$33/hr] based on qualifications, shift preference, and complexity of care
- Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring an LPN for private duty nursing in the New Florence area, offering part-time shifts with genuine scheduling flexibility and no minimum hour requirements. This role differs from traditional home health visits in that you'll provide one-on-one care to a single client per shift, building ongoing relationships while managing their medical needs across all age groups from infants to elderly patients. Your day involves traveling to a client's home nearby, executing physician orders, performing assessments, documenting care, and monitoring patient conditions.
The position pays $23–$33 per hour depending on your qualifications and the complexity of the cases you take, with weekly Thursday paychecks.
