Are you a compassionate LPN who enjoys working with pediatric clients? We are seeking dedicated nurses to provide one-on-one overnight care for high tech (Trach/Vent) pediatric clients in the comfort of their home. This is a great opportunity for nurses who enjoy building meaningful relationships and providing focused, individualized care. No pediatric trach/vent experience? No problem, we offer training!
Open shifts:
1 year old old female: Monday-Sunday 11p-7a (19150)
1 year old female: Friday/E.O Sunday: 11p-7a (19141)
1.5 year old male: Monday-Sunday: 11p-7a (19111)
8 month old female: Saturday-Sunday: 11p-7a (19111)
Pay: $35-$38/hr

Requirements
- Current valid nursing license and graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR in good standing
Available LPN Shifts:
- 8, 12-hour shifts
- 3rd shift
- PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time - work as little as one shift per week!

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring LPNs for overnight one-on-one care with pediatric clients who require tracheostomy and ventilator support in their Philadelphia-area homes. The role involves 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. shifts, with multiple open positions ranging from 8-month-old to 1.5-year-old clients on varying schedules—some daily, some weekend-only. You'll execute doctor's orders, monitor client conditions, perform assessments, and document care while working independently in the home setting. If you don't have prior trach/vent experience, BAYADA provides paid training and shadowing through simulation labs.
The position suits nurses who value building relationships with individual clients and prefer the autonomy of home-based care over facility settings. Scheduling is genuinely flexible; you can work as few as one shift per week or pursue full-time hours, with no mandatory minimums. Pay ranges from $35 to $38 per hour. You'll have clinical support available around the clock by phone and be matched with cases near your home to minimize commute time.
The role requires a current LPN license, CPR certification, and availability for overnight shifts.
