Key Responsibilities
Leasing and Resident Engagement
Assist prospective and current residents in English and Spanish through in-person, phone, and online communication.
Conduct property tours and explain apartment features, rental rates, availability, and lease terms.
Respond to inquiries, follow up with prospects, and help convert leads into completed applications.
Provide professional assistance to residents and address questions or concerns promptly.
Application and Property Administration
Process rental applications, lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation.
Maintain accurate prospect and resident records in property management systems.
Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and unit inspections.
Help ensure leasing activities comply with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
Marketing and Team Support
Support marketing efforts, community outreach, and lead-generation activities.
Monitor apartment availability and assist with occupancy goals.
Collaborate with the property management team to maintain smooth daily operations and a positive resident experience.
Qualifications
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in leasing, property management, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with property management software.
Willingness to work on-site and accommodate weekend schedules when needed.
