Key Responsibilities
- Set up and tear down equipment like generators, piping, and containment
- Operate heavy machinery (telehandler, skid steer, loaders) when trained
- Fuel and inspect equipment, manage daily checklists, and complete safety documentation
- Support water transfer and frac site activities as needed
- Back-in trucks and monitor on-site operations for safety
- Communicate effectively across teams using radio, phone, and in-person
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in roustabout, water transfer, or oil & gas preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and travel overnight as needed
- Equipment operator certification a plus
- Previous pipe fusing experience a plus
- 12-hour shifts | Days & Nights | Overtime & Weekend availability
- Outside in all weather conditions

The role centers on hands-on equipment work—setting up and tearing down generators, piping systems, containment, and manifolds, along with operating heavy machinery like telehandlers and skid steers. You'll fuel and inspect equipment, manage safety documentation, back in trucks, and keep sites running safely across 12-hour shifts that rotate days, nights, and weekends.
This position suits someone with prior roustabout, water transfer, or oil & gas experience who's comfortable working outside in all weather and traveling overnight as needed.
