Key Responsibilities
- Set up and tear down equipment like generators, piping, and containment
- Operate heavy machinery (telehandler, skid steer, loaders) when trained
- Fuel and inspect equipment, manage daily checklists, and complete safety documentation
- Support water transfer and frac site activities as needed
- Back-in trucks and monitor on-site operations for safety
- Communicate effectively across teams using radio, phone, and in-person
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in roustabout, water transfer, or oil & gas preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and travel overnight as needed
- Equipment operator certification a plus
- Previous pipe fusing experience a plus
- 12-hour shifts | Days & Nights | Overtime & Weekend availability
- Outside in all weather conditions

About this role
Keystone Clearwater Solutions is hiring experienced Roustabouts for field operations supporting Eastern Ohio water transfer and oil & gas activities. The role centers on hands-on equipment work: setting up and tearing down generators, piping systems, containment, and manifolds; operating heavy machinery like telehandlers and skid steers; fueling and inspecting equipment; and supporting frac and water transfer sites. You'll work 12-hour shifts in all weather, including nights and weekends, with travel as needed. The position rewards experience with a $4,000 sign-on bonus paid quarterly.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Wheeling, West Virginia. You'll need a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and prior roustabout, water transfer, or oil & gas experience. Equipment operator certification and pipe fusing experience are valued but not required. The job demands strong communication and teamwork, reliability in variable conditions, and willingness to work rotating schedules with overtime availability.
