About this role
Fernway's Supply Chain Analyst role sits at the intersection of demand planning, logistics coordination, and cross-functional communication. You'd own demand forecasting models across their markets, manage purchase orders for cannabis materials and dry goods, coordinate shipping schedules, and ensure the data feeding supply decisions stays current and accurate. The work spans hands-on execution—tracking inventory, flagging risks, entering data into ERP systems—alongside analytical work that directly informs executive decisions and keeps Sales, Operations, Finance, and Procurement aligned.
This is an early-career role suited to someone with 1–2 years of procurement or supply chain experience who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys problem-solving with incomplete information. You'll need strong Excel skills and comfort with Google Suite and ERP platforms; SQL experience is a plus. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, clear communication across departments, and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines. Fernway is prioritizing candidates within commuting distance to their facilities in Northampton MA, Lawnside NJ, Walden NY, Rockford IL, or St. Louis MO, though the position is otherwise fully remote.
The salary range is $60,000–$65,000, and benefits include 13 paid holidays plus up to three weeks PTO, company-sponsored health/dental/vision coverage, FSA, life insurance, 401(k) matching, and perks like discounted gym membership and pet insurance. You'll need to be 21+ and able to pass cannabis regulatory pre-screenings.
