About this role
Compass Health Network is seeking someone to serve as the backbone of their mental health records system—a role that demands precision, organization, and a genuine commitment to supporting care delivery. As a CIMOR Specialist, you'll enter and maintain consumer information in the state's electronic health record and billing system, update program changes, manage discharges, and work across clinical and administrative teams to ensure records are complete and billing-ready. This is remote work based in Missouri, Monday through Friday, 8am–4pm.
The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines, and clear communication skills across internal teams and external partners. You'll collaborate to resolve gaps in consumer records, review reports for completeness, and provide support to the billing department—all work that directly enables continuity of care and access to behavioral health services in underserved communities. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but what matters most is your ability to take pride in accurate, systematic work and your motivation to contribute to a mission-driven organization.
