About this role
At Brunswick Group, this director role sits at the intersection of financial communications strategy and deep TMT sector expertise. You'd serve as a senior adviser to C-suite executives and boards navigating capital markets activity, M&A, shareholder activism, and financial disclosure—the high-stakes moments where clear communication shapes outcomes. The position combines client-facing advisory work with practice leadership: you'd own relationships with major TMT accounts, lead teams delivering complex communications mandates, and actively contribute to growing Brunswick's presence in the sector.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience advising on financial communications, investor relations, or capital markets strategy, with a strong track record specifically in technology, media, or telecommunications. You'll need an established network across the TMT industry, media, and investor communities, alongside the ability to synthesize complex situations into clear, actionable strategic counsel. Equally important is the entrepreneurial side—identifying new business opportunities, contributing to pitches, and mentoring junior colleagues to build a high-performing team.
This is an in-office role based in London within a global advisory firm that operates without profit centers, meaning you'd have access to integrated resources across 27 offices. Brunswick emphasizes intellectual curiosity, collaborative leadership, and professional development alongside the core advisory work.
