Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop backend services using .NET (C#/.NET Core) and REST APIs
- Build responsive, high-performance UI components using Angular
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot MS SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure services (App Services, Functions, APIs, storage, etc.)
- Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentor junior engineers
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of full stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, Web APIs, and microservices architecture
- Solid experience with Angular and modern UI frameworks
- Advanced MS SQL Server skills, including performance tuning and data modeling
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps)
- Experience building scalable, distributed systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have (Bonus):
- Experience with Snowflake data platform and cloud data integration
- Familiarity with data engineering, analytics platforms, or large-scale data processing
- Kubernetes, containerization, and event-driven architectures

About this role
Zensar is seeking a Senior Full Stack Angular Developer to take on substantial backend and frontend responsibilities across their cloud-native platform. You'll design and build .NET services with REST APIs, create high-performance Angular interfaces, optimize MS SQL Server databases, and architect solutions on Azure—working with App Services, Functions, and related cloud infrastructure. The role demands hands-on depth across the entire stack, from microservices design to CI/CD pipeline management, plus the ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.
This position requires seven or more years of full stack development experience with demonstrated expertise in .NET, C#, Web APIs, and microservices patterns. You'll need advanced SQL Server knowledge including performance tuning, solid Angular proficiency, and practical experience with Azure DevOps and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate has built scalable, distributed systems and brings strong problem-solving and communication skills to cross-functional collaboration. Experience with Snowflake, data engineering, Kubernetes, or event-driven architectures is valued but not required.
