About this role

Kaseya is seeking a Senior Customer Operations and Success Specialist to lead billing operations across the EMEA region, managing complex customer issues and driving operational improvements for a global IT management platform. This role sits at the intersection of customer support, finance, and operations—you'll be the escalation point for high-impact billing disputes, work across multiple business functions to resolve systemic issues, and advocate for customer needs in internal strategy discussions. The position requires both hands-on problem-solving and team leadership, as you'll mentor operational staff, support offshore teams, and ensure consistent knowledge sharing across the region.

The ideal candidate brings three to five years of billing or financial operations experience, ideally in a SaaS subscription environment, plus one to two years of team leadership or mentoring. You'll need strong analytical skills to spot trends in customer data and operational metrics, proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce Service Cloud, and the ability to communicate clearly across time zones and departments. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, or accounting (or equivalent experience) is required.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Dublin. It suits someone who thrives on solving operational puzzles, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is motivated by improving both customer experience and internal processes at scale.
