About this role

Everway is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own the technical strategy and day-to-day management of its revenue technology stack. You'll be the expert custodian of Sales Cloud, Gong, QuotaPath, ABM platforms, and related tools, working across a distributed team to keep systems reliable, integrated, and aligned with business growth. This is a hands-on role that requires you to troubleshoot data flows, design integrations (including migration toward MuleSoft), and translate requirements from Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams into practical system improvements.

The work spans configuration and optimization of Salesforce features like Flows and permission sets, supporting core revenue processes from lead-to-opportunity through quote-to-cash, and collaborating with the data team to ensure clean data pipelines into downstream analytics platforms. You'll also establish governance standards and best practices across the RevTech ecosystem. Success here demands strong Salesforce administration skills, hands-on experience with RevOps tools like Gong or QuotaPath, and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business stakeholders.

This is a remote, full-time role based in the UK. The position suits someone with proven RevOps systems experience in a fast-moving SaaS environment who enjoys solving integration challenges and can balance technical depth with business acumen. Experience with conversation intelligence tools, MuleSoft, or data platforms like Databricks is valued but not required.
