About this role

Working at Premier League Studios puts you at the heart of global football media production. This Production Assistant role supports the Programming department across multiple shows and live broadcasts, meaning you'll be involved in content from early development through to delivery. You'd report to the Production Manager and work alongside a collaborative team handling everything from studio productions to on-location shoots across the UK and occasionally internationally.

The day-to-day involves a mix of logistics and administration: coordinating shoots (booking crew, sourcing locations, arranging travel and accommodation), managing production paperwork (work orders, invoices, budget tracking), maintaining scheduling records in Xytech, and supporting health and safety processes. You'll also cover autocue and scripting duties on a rota basis. The role demands flexibility around the football calendar, including weekend and late shifts, and a hybrid working arrangement lets you split time between the Kensington Olympia studios and home.

You'll need prior experience as a Production Assistant or Runner, ideally in television or a similarly pressured environment. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines are essential. The role suits someone with solid administrative experience who understands production workflows and can manage multiple priorities while staying reliable and punctual. The position is permanent with a summer break built in.
