About this role
WPP Media's Influencer Manager role combines campaign leadership with team management in a specialist influencer marketing function. You'd oversee end-to-end campaign delivery for major Australian brands—from strategy and creator selection through execution, optimisation and reporting—while building and mentoring a team of influencer specialists. The position sits at the intersection of client management, creative strategy and commercial performance, requiring you to translate business objectives into culturally relevant programs and deliver measurable results.
The role suits someone with at least three years in influencer, social or digital marketing, preferably agency-side, who understands the creator economy and has hands-on experience managing campaigns across their full lifecycle. You'll need strong client management skills, commercial awareness (including budget management and ROI optimisation), and the ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at multiple levels. Success here depends on being organised, detail-oriented and solutions-focused while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Based in Melbourne and working in-office, you'd be part of WPP Media's broader Social, Content & Influencer Marketing team, with access to the group's data, technology and creator tools. This is a full-time role that offers exposure to diverse brand categories and the chance to grow within a large, established media network.
