Description

Syndigo gets great products chosen. Every choice in commerce, whether by a shopper, a search engine, a marketplace, or an AI assistant, is made on product data, and our software makes that data complete and trusted and moves it across the industry's largest two-sided commerce network: 15,000+ brands and 3,500+ retailers. Companies like AutoZone, Colgate-Palmolive, Dole International, Unilever, and Walgreens trust Syndigo to get their products chosen. Learn more at www.syndigo.com.

About this role

Syndigo's Product Manager role centers on building AI-driven capabilities within a Product Experience Management platform that connects thousands of brands and retailers. You'll define requirements, partner with engineering and business teams throughout development cycles, and act as the business proxy to ensure customer needs are met. The work spans strategy and execution—from designing product processes and identifying automation opportunities to coordinating cross-departmental launches and delivering product training internally and externally.

This role demands 4–5 years of enterprise SaaS product management experience, with a specific focus on AI-driven development practices. You should have hands-on experience with generative AI and LLM-based tools, a strong grasp of AI product patterns (agents, RAG, prompt engineering, human-in-the-loop workflows), and a track record of launching AI-powered features or automation systems. A data-driven approach to defining success metrics and measuring outcomes is essential, as is the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Background in product information management, eCommerce, retail, CPG, or related domains is valued but not required. The position is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the Bengaluru office.
