JOB SUMMARY
Position responsible for assigned food and beverage/culinary operations. Oversees guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards and meeting or exceeding financial goals.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
• High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
OR
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

• Develops a relationship with all guests to build repeated clientele internally and externally.
Additional Responsibilities as Assigned
• Complies with all corporate accounting procedures.
• Assists GM as needed with annual Quality audit.

At The Ritz-Carlton's Goa property, this role sits between front-line operations and senior management, overseeing assigned food and beverage and culinary functions while balancing guest satisfaction, staff engagement, and financial performance. You'll manage day-to-day F&B operations, handle guest concerns with ownership and follow-through, and work to resolve employee issues proactively. The position demands someone who can coach staff, set clear service standards aligned with the Ritz-Carlton brand, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
The ideal candidate brings either three years of hands-on F&B, culinary, or hospitality experience with a high school diploma, or a two-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field plus one year of relevant experience. You'll need strong customer service instincts, confidence in high-pressure situations, and the ability to motivate teams to solve problems. Beyond operations, you'll handle compliance with corporate accounting procedures and support the General Manager during quality audits. This is a full-time, in-office position suited to someone ready to step into a leadership role within a luxury hospitality environment.
