What you'll be doing:
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock monitoring, reconciliation, and investigation of inventory discrepancies to ensure high stock accuracy.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment activities, ensuring timely processing, accurate documentation, and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse network.
- Manage warehouse operational documentation, including inventory, shipment, and transaction records, while preparing reports to support operational visibility and decision-making.
- Support day-to-day warehouse operations and continuous improvement initiatives, undertaking additional responsibilities as required to meet business and operational needs.
What you need to succeed:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, with hands-on exposure to inventory handling, shipment processing, and general warehouse activities.
- Possess at least an SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Able to communicate effectively in both English and Malay, with proficiency in spoken and written communication.
- Hold a valid Forklift and Reach Truck licence and demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety standards and operating procedures.
- Own means of transport to commute to the workplace.

- Working Arrangement: Mon-Sat, 2 Shifts (6:30am – 1:30pm) OR (2pm – 9pm)
- Working Location: Block C – Unit 1&2, Plot D40 & D44, Jalan DPB/8, Zone B, Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah, Johor, Malaysia.

About this role
Castlery's Logistics team is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to manage core warehouse operations at their Johor Bahru facility. You'll own inventory accuracy through regular stock monitoring and reconciliation, coordinate the flow of inbound and outbound shipments, and maintain the documentation that keeps operations visible and decision-ready. The role also involves supporting continuous improvement initiatives and adapting to shifting operational needs.
To succeed, you'll need at least two years of hands-on warehouse experience covering inventory handling and shipment processing, plus valid Forklift and Reach Truck licences. You must hold an SPM qualification or equivalent, communicate fluently in both English and Malay, and demonstrate genuine commitment to safety standards. You'll also need your own transport to reach the Port of Tanjung Pelepas location.
The position is full-time across a Monday to Saturday schedule with two shift options (6:30am–1:30pm or 2pm–9pm). You'll receive an attendance allowance and statutory contributions including EPF and SOCSO.
