Based at Starbase, Texas on a hybrid schedule, this role puts you at the center of legal strategy for a high-growth aerospace company, managing discovery, drafting pleadings, directing litigation strategy, and negotiating settlements. You'll also conduct internal investigations and work to identify and mitigate legal risks through proactive controls.
The position requires at least seven years of litigation experience with a demonstrated track record in labor and employment matters. The role demands someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works effectively across business groups, and can operate both independently and collaboratively. You'll need to be admitted to the bar in at least one U.S. state and willing to travel roughly 10 percent of the time, with flexibility for extended hours when litigation demands it.
Compensation ranges from $245,000 to $305,000 base salary, with additional benefits including equity awards, discretionary bonuses, comprehensive health coverage, a 401(k), and three weeks of paid vacation plus ten or more paid holidays annually.
