Description

About Vercel:

Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.

Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join the Deal Desk team within our Revenue Operations function. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of how we structure, price, and close business globally — partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to turn deals into signed revenue.

You will lead the quote-to-contract execution cycle for our global sales team while helping build the systems, processes, and playbooks that scale a world-class Deal Desk. As the organization continues through a period of rapid growth, we are looking for someone who wants to shape the function rather than inherit it — bringing structure to ambiguity, modernizing how deals get done, and raising the bar for commercial excellence.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Global Deal Desk, and is preferably based in a hybrid capacity out of our London office, working standard US business hours.

What you will do

  • Deal Management — Own the day-to-day deal review and closing process end to end, including deal approvals, deal structuring, and quote configuration within Vercel CPQ, ensuring every deal is executed accurately and on time.
  • Commercialization & Execution — Drive deal execution in close partnership with Finance, Legal, GTM, Partnerships, Product, and Pricing. Design, build, and continuously optimize the sales and deal processes that bring new pricing, packaging, and product launches to market.
  • Trusted Advisor — Serve as the subject-matter expert for the Sales organization, providing deal guidance and operational support. Approach complex, non-standard deals with creativity and sound judgment, developing practical solutions in ambiguous situations.
  • Revenue Integrity — Act as the gatekeeper of data hygiene and opportunity data, partnering with GTM and Finance on audits for revenue recognition, financial reporting, and forecasting.
  • Insights & Enablement — Analyze deal performance and market trends to develop new sales motions, deal levers, and training materials that increase sales velocity and reduce business risk, in partnership with the Pricing and Field Enablement teams.
  • Operational Excellence — Identify opportunities to streamline, enhance, and automate processes. Translate needs into clear business requirements and leverage AI and automation to scale.

About you

  • 4+ years of experience in deal desk, pricing, quote-to-cash, contract management, or a related Revenue Operations or Sales Operations function within the technology sector.
  • A proven record of partnering effectively with Sales and cross-functional teams to move complex deals forward.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.
  • A collaborative team member who consistently delivers excellent sales support.
  • A resourceful self-starter with strong critical-thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • You think naturally about operational implications and downstream impact.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and operate effectively amid change and ambiguity.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (or a comparable CPQ platform)
  • A track record of using AI or automation to improve operational workflows.

Bonus If You:

  • You’re located within London (HQ). We have offices for you to help build our office culture!

Benefits & Compensation:

  • Competitive compensation package, including equity.
  • Inclusive Healthcare Package.
  • Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
  • Flexible Time Off.
  • We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.

The London base pay range for this role is £65,000 - £85,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. About this role

Vercel's Deal Desk team sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product—and this role puts you in the center of that operation. You'd own the quote-to-contract cycle for a global sales organization, managing deal approvals, structuring, and CPQ configuration while partnering across functions to close business accurately and on time. Beyond day-to-day deal execution, you'd help shape how the Deal Desk operates as the company scales, designing processes for new pricing models and product launches, building playbooks, and modernizing workflows through automation and AI.

This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to build rather than inherit. You'd serve as the trusted advisor to Sales on complex, non-standard deals, act as the gatekeeper for revenue data integrity, and use deal analytics to develop new sales motions and training. The position demands strong cross-functional collaboration, critical thinking, and a bias toward operational excellence—identifying where processes can be streamlined and automated to reduce friction and risk.

You'll need at least four years in deal desk, pricing, quote-to-cash, or Revenue Operations within tech, plus a track record of moving complex deals forward with Sales and other teams. CPQ experience (Salesforce or equivalent) and familiarity with AI or automation tools are valuable. The role is hybrid from Vercel's London office, working US business hours, on a contract basis. Base salary ranges from £65,000 to £85,000, with equity, healthcare, flexible time off, and learning opportunities included.
