About this role

Western Partitions, Inc. is seeking a Material Planner to manage the supply chain for a large construction contracting operation that manufactures and installs interior and exterior building systems. You'll own the critical function of ensuring materials and components arrive on schedule to support production, working from detailed Bills of Materials to generate purchasing plans, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with both internal teams and external suppliers. This role demands someone who can balance competing priorities—meeting production deadlines, maintaining safety stock, controlling costs, and minimizing waste—while maintaining data integrity across MES and ERP systems.

The position suits someone with at least three years of hands-on experience in material planning, procurement, or supply chain operations, ideally in manufacturing environments like electrical, MEP, or industrial fabrication. You'll need strong technical skills with planning software and systems, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments and with suppliers.
