About this role

Loenbro's Learning & Development Administrator role sits at the operational heart of the company's enterprise training function, supporting everything from instructor-led workshops to online courses across a multi-state industrial contractor. You'd manage the learning management system, coordinate program logistics, track compliance and certifications, and generate reporting that helps leadership understand training impact. This is hands-on coordination work—scheduling, enrollments, learner support, and working closely with the L&D team to keep learning initiatives running smoothly.

The role calls for at least two years in training coordination, HR, or a related field, with direct LMS administration experience. You'll need strong organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities, solid communication abilities to support learners and stakeholders, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Articulate. Experience with Docebo, learning analytics, or compliance tracking would be valuable. This position reports to the Director of Enterprise L&D and is hybrid-based in Dallas, with minimal travel for occasional team meetings.

If you thrive in operational roles where attention to detail and customer service drive success, and you're interested in supporting workforce development at a large industrial company, this could be a solid fit. Loenbro emphasizes investing in employee growth, so you'd be part of that mission directly.
