About Figure
Figure (NASDAQ: FIGR) is transforming capital markets through blockchain. We’re proving that blockchain isn’t just theory - it’s powering real products used by hundreds of thousands of consumers and institutions.
By combining blockchain’s transparency and efficiency with AI-driven automation, we’ve reimagined how loans are originated, funded, and traded in secondary markets. From faster processing times to lower costs and reduced bias, our technology is helping borrowers, investors, and financial institutions achieve better outcomes.
Together with our 170+ partners, we’ve originated over $22 billion in home equity loans (HELOCs) on our blockchain-native platform, making Figure the largest non-bank provider of home equity financing in the U.S. Figure’s ecosystem also includes YLDS, an SEC-registered yield-bearing stablecoin that operates as a tokenized money market fund, and several other products and platforms that are reshaping consumer finance and capital markets.
We’re proud to be recognized as one of Forbes’ Most Innovative Fintech Startups in 2025 and Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies in Finance and Personal Finance.
About the Role
Figure is a leader in the real-estate secured small business (SMB) finance space by enabling business owners to acquire secured funding in the fastest and most cost-efficient manner: tapping their home equity with a Figure HELOC. We are searching for a partner success associate to activate key Independent Sales Organization (ISO) and financing broker relationships.
You will be responsible for ensuring SMB leads seamlessly flow through Figure’s funnel. On a day-to-day basis, this means ensuring ISO/broker partners are able to easily submit financing opportunities to Figure and that small business owners are provided a best-in-class borrower experience.
This is a revenue-generating, originations-focused role – and ideal candidates will have a strong background in partner relationship management, sales, and customer service.
What You'll Do
- ISO/Broker sales & success:
- Master Figure’s products and our value propositions to SMB partners
- Build strong relationships with key partners while serving as primary day-to-day point of contact
- Manage the application pipeline throughout the day – identifying the highest-potential leads, coordinating with partners, and funding deals
- Address daily inquiries, via email and phone, from ISO/broker/lender partners
- Educate partners on Figure’s partner technology stack and digital borrower application process
- Provide high-value program and product feedback across the Figure organization to consistently improve our SMB go-to-market
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies across all ISO/funder activities
- Program development:
- Support the pipeline development and partner onboarding processes
- Establish and track key internal and external performance indicators (e.g. conversion/approval rates, best practices, etc.)
- Optimize partner performance – including creative testing, payout optimization, and performance analysis
- Contribute to partnership strategy development and market expansion initiatives
What We Look For
- 2-4 years of experience owning a revenue target in client- and/or partner-facing roles within the financial services space
- Understanding of small business finance and broker/ISO dynamics
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Experience with CRM & analytics platforms (i.e., Salesforce, Tableau)
- Experience with lender/funder platforms and processes (e.g. lead submission tools)
- Exposure to the mortgage or secured lending space is a plus
- Startup or scale-up experience with comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments is a plus
- Adhere to all company security policies and data handling procedures.
- Complete mandatory security awareness training within required timeframes.
- Promptly report any suspected security incidents or suspicious activity to the Security team.

About this role
Figure is building blockchain-powered lending infrastructure and looking for someone to manage the day-to-day relationships that keep their SMB financing pipeline moving. As a Partner Success Associate, you'd be the primary contact for Independent Sales Organizations and financing brokers, handling everything from onboarding partners onto Figure's platform to troubleshooting application submissions and ensuring small business borrowers have a smooth experience. The role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, and customer success—you'll need to understand Figure's HELOC products deeply, identify high-potential leads, coordinate with partners and internal teams, and feed back insights on what's working and what isn't.
This is a revenue-focused position that rewards someone with 2–4 years in financial services who's comfortable owning targets in client- or partner-facing roles. You should have hands-on experience with broker and ISO dynamics, CRM platforms like Salesforce, and ideally some exposure to mortgage or secured lending. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, manages relationships naturally, and can balance tactical day-to-day work (emails, calls, lead triage) with strategic contributions to partnership strategy and market expansion.
The role is based in NYC and requires in-office presence 3–5 days per week. Compensation ranges from $68,000 to $95,000 annually, plus a 25% quarterly bonus target and equity. Figure offers comprehensive benefits including fully employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), paid family leave up to 12 weeks, and education reimbursement.
