What your day looks like with BAYADA As A Private Duty BAYADA Nurse:
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

Qualifications:
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program

About this role
BAYADA's Saxton office is building out its skilled nursing team with RNs interested in private duty home care. You'd visit individual clients near your home on a schedule you choose, executing and documenting physician orders, performing assessments, and monitoring conditions across a range of ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. The role emphasizes one-to-one client relationships and includes paid training to ensure competency from your first shift.
The position offers full-time 8-hour shifts with day or night options and no weekend or minimum hour requirements—flexibility that extends to how you structure your own schedule. Compensation runs $28–$35 per hour with weekly paychecks. Beyond pay, BAYADA covers preventive care for all employees (including PRN staff), provides medical, dental, and vision benefits, employer-paid life insurance, a 401(k) match, and access to scholarship opportunities and ongoing training. You'll also receive a structured onboarding experience that includes meeting your clinical and administrative team on day one.
