What your day looks like with BAYADA As A Private Duty BAYADA Nurse:
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions

Schedule and Compensation:
- Days, nights, and weekends available
- 8’s and 10's (full shift work)

Qualifications:
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program

BAYADA's State College office is seeking an LPN for one-to-one private duty home care in the Clearfield area. You'd visit a single client's home on a schedule you choose, managing their care by executing physician orders, performing assessments, documenting observations, and monitoring their condition. The role suits nurses who value autonomy and direct client relationships over facility-based work, and BAYADA emphasizes comprehensive onboarding with both virtual and hands-on training before your first shift.
The position offers genuine scheduling flexibility—days, nights, weekends, and shift lengths (8s or 10s) are negotiable, with no mandatory weekends or minimum hours. Pay ranges from $24 to $30 per hour depending on experience. Beyond compensation, the company provides preventive care coverage for all employees including PRN staff, PTO, medical/dental/vision benefits, employer-paid life insurance, a 401k match, and access to paid training and scholarship opportunities. You'll also receive weekly paychecks and qualify for a $1,200 referral bonus.
You'll need a current valid U.S. nursing license and completion of a qualified nursing program.
