Requirements:
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care in Lewistown is hiring LPNs for one-on-one private duty nursing with genuine scheduling flexibility. You'll work shifts of your choosing—8s, 10s, or 12s across day, evening, or overnight—with no weekend or minimum hour requirements. Cases are matched to your location to keep commutes short, and you'll receive weekly pay plus preventive care coverage from day one, whether you work PRN, part-time, or full-time.
The role involves caring for clients across all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels in their homes. BAYADA invests in your readiness with paid training before your first shift, including office and in-home instruction, access to adult and pediatric simulation labs, and 24/7 clinical support. You'll use electronic charting via Statewise and work toward competency in medication administration (MAR-CPA required).
