About this role
Ascension's Nashville clinical program needs a supervisor who can manage the operational and quality side of patient care delivery. You'd coordinate staff scheduling and training, identify and fix problems that affect how care gets delivered, and run quality assurance studies to support improvement initiatives. You'd also be the go-to resource for staff and outside contacts on patient flow, clinical standards, and departmental policies—and keep a close eye on regulatory compliance.
To qualify, you need BLS certification (obtained within 30 days of start date), plus one of these: a high school diploma and 2 years of relevant experience, an associate's or technical degree and 1 year of experience, or 5 years of directly applicable job experience. This is a full-time, in-office role in Nashville with a large nonprofit health system known for supporting its workforce.
