About this role

The Resource Group, Ascension's supply chain partner to healthcare organizations, is seeking an intern to support complex supply chain initiatives across clinical and operational settings. You'd spend most of your time onsite in Novi (Monday through Thursday, with optional Friday remote work) contributing to project planning, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination around product conversions, clinical implementations, and supply chain optimization. The work involves evaluating financial and operational data, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing recommendations that balance clinical, operational, and financial needs across multiple healthcare sites.

This role suits someone currently pursuing a graduate degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field who is comfortable with analytical work and cross-functional collaboration. You'll need to be within driving distance of the Novi facility for the full internship period (beginning May 17, 2027) and responsible for your own transportation. The position calls for strong communication skills—you'll be presenting findings and recommendations to leadership and clinical teams—alongside the ability to work through supply chain challenges methodically and support informed decision-making across complex healthcare environments.
