About this role
Leading electrical projects from the drawing board to the field, this foreman role at Loenbro sits at the intersection of planning, technology, and hands-on execution. You'll own the pre-install phase—performing detailed layouts, developing material takeoffs, and coordinating with VDC/BIM teams to catch conflicts before crews arrive on site. The work demands strong technical electrical knowledge combined with fluency in Bluebeam and Excel, and a genuine commitment to shifting work into the shop through prefabrication strategies wherever possible.
The ideal candidate is a journeyman electrician or equivalent who reads drawings and specs with confidence, has real experience coordinating layouts and material planning, and sees technology as a tool to work smarter. Comfort with AI-driven tools and exposure to BIM workflows are valued, though a willingness to learn matters as much as prior experience. You'll report to the superintendent and work on site in Phoenix, supporting field crews with clear direction while driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity.
Loenbro offers the standard construction benefits package—medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, and professional development—as part of a company that emphasizes long-term careers built on integrity and teamwork across its national operations.
