About this role
Maxcess International's Shipping/Receiving role centers on the final stages of shaft production—inspecting completed parts for defects, preparing paint mixtures, and applying finish coats before packaging. You'll handle the full shipping workflow, from building crates and weighing products to completing carrier paperwork and assisting with loading. The position also involves receiving and processing incoming repair items, maintaining inventory of supplies, and painting manufacturing equipment as needed.
This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, comfort with chemical handling and safety protocols, and the ability to work independently through a defined set of tasks. You'll spend significant time in the paint booth, so familiarity with or willingness to learn proper use of respirators, protective gear, and hazardous material storage is essential. The work is based in Keene, New Hampshire on the first shift, full-time.
The role suits someone who takes pride in quality control and organization, works safely without constant supervision, and is willing to support other manufacturing areas when needed. If you're detail-oriented, physically capable of the work, and comfortable with a structured production environment, this could be a solid fit.
