About this role

Loenbro's Journeyman Welder position in Franklin, Tennessee is a full-time role focused on structural steel work across industrial and construction projects. You'll handle the complete cycle of on-site welding tasks—from unloading and organizing materials to erecting structural steel and performing welds to specification—while coordinating with other trades and reporting to the Site Superintendent. The work demands hands-on expertise in multiple welding processes (3G, 4G, SMAW) and the ability to operate equipment like manlifts and forklifts, along with comfort working at heights and in variable weather.

This role suits someone with at least two years of ironworking and welding experience who takes safety seriously and can work both independently and collaboratively to troubleshoot problems on the fly. You'll need to lift up to 75 pounds regularly, maintain detailed work records, and keep your work area organized. OSHA 10 or 30 certification and First Aid/CPR are preferred. Loenbro provides medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) with company match; paid time off; and professional development opportunities, positioning this as a career-building opportunity rather than a temporary assignment.
