About this role
IVX Health, a national healthcare provider specializing in infusion and injection therapy, is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their Brentwood office on a full-time, in-person basis. You'll handle the core mechanics of accounts payable operations: processing and coding vendor invoices, reconciling vendor statements, reviewing employee expense reports for policy compliance, and supporting the month-end close cycle. The work demands precision, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with both vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.
This role suits someone with at least a year of accounts payable or accounting operations experience who is comfortable learning new systems and working independently while staying connected to a broader team. Experience with accounting platforms like Sage Intacct, Concur, or BILL is preferred, as is familiarity with GAAP and healthcare accounting. An associate's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred but not required if you bring solid foundational knowledge of accounts payable principles and internal controls.
IVX Health offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage; a 401(k) with company match; tuition reimbursement; and professional development support. The organization emphasizes collaboration, purpose-driven work, and employee growth within a culture built on their core values of kindness, doing what's right, and continuous improvement.
