About this role
Frazier & Deeter is looking for a seasoned leader to build and expand its marital dissolution litigation and forensic advisory practice in Tampa. You'd own the P&L for this growing service line, managing complex divorce-related financial analyses—business valuations, income tracing, support calculations—while serving as an expert witness and trusted advisor to attorneys and high-net-worth clients. The role blends hands-on technical work with business development: you'd cultivate relationships with law firms and referral sources, identify new service opportunities, and represent the firm at industry events and speaking engagements.
This is a leadership position that requires both depth and breadth. You'll mentor a team of forensic and valuation professionals, oversee engagement quality and profitability, and collaborate across the firm's tax, advisory, and wealth services to deliver integrated solutions. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in litigation support or forensic accounting, a CPA, and preferably advanced credentials like ABV or CFF. You'll need a demonstrated history of growing a practice, building attorney networks, and commanding credibility as an expert witness.
Frazier & Deeter is a Top 50 firm with offices across the U.S., UK, and India, and has earned recognition as a Best Firm to Work For and Best Firm for Women. The position is full-time, in-office in Tampa, with a salary range of $150,000 to $180,000.
