About this role
Trilon Group's DRMP division is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and grow its roadway practice across Florida. You'd manage complex transportation projects for major clients like FDOT and municipalities while serving as a strategic partner in business development—identifying opportunities, supporting proposals, and strengthening client relationships. The role sits at the intersection of delivery and growth, requiring you to balance hands-on project accountability with mentoring junior staff and contributing to the firm's long-term positioning in the Florida market.
This position calls for a PE-licensed civil engineer with 15–20+ years of progressive transportation experience, particularly with FDOT and municipal roadway work. You'll need strong familiarity with Florida's procurement landscape, proven success managing budgets and multidisciplinary teams, and the communication skills to lead both internally and externally. The ideal candidate is someone who strengthens existing teams and relationships through collaboration and sound judgment rather than disruption—someone reliable and additive to the firm's momentum.
DRMP offers a comprehensive benefits package including excellent compensation, strong PTO and holiday schedules, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, mentorship and career development programs, and competitive health coverage. The role is full-time and based in Orlando.
