BAYADA Home Health Care in Shenandoah is hiring part-time RNs for one-to-one private duty nursing in home and school settings across the region. The role offers flexibility in scheduling and shift structure—you can choose morning, evening, or overnight shifts in 8, 10, or 12-hour blocks—with the added benefit of being matched to cases near your location to keep your commute short. Weekly pay and PTO accrual are standard.
The position emphasizes clinical growth. BAYADA provides paid training from day one, including in-office and online instruction plus access to simulation labs, to help you develop skills in advanced care areas like tracheostomy and ventilator management. You'll have around-the-clock clinical support by phone and use electronic charting via Statewise. The company has 50 years of experience across diverse client populations and acuity levels, so the exposure and experience you gain will be substantial.
