About this role
Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking an HSE Specialist to support field operations across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and client safety requirements. This is a field-based role that demands regular travel (80%+) and on-call availability, including nights and weekends. You'll conduct job site inspections, investigate incidents, manage compliance platforms like ISNetworld and Avetta, deliver safety training, and work directly with frontline crews, leadership, and clients to embed safety practices across operations.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in safety or a related field, or brings at least one year of hands-on HSE experience in oil and gas or similar safety roles. You'll need solid knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state regulations, strong communication skills across all organizational levels, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile reporting tools. A valid driver's license with a clean record is essential, as is the ability to respond quickly to emergencies and adapt to the unpredictable demands of field work.
Keystone offers standard benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage; an HSA; company-paid life insurance; a 401k match; paid time off; and professional development support. This role suits someone comfortable working independently in dynamic field environments who views safety compliance as both a technical discipline and a collaborative responsibility.
