About this role

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking an HSE Specialist to manage safety and regulatory compliance across field operations in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. This role is heavily field-based—expect 80% or more travel—and requires you to conduct job site inspections, investigate incidents, prepare compliance reports, and maintain client-facing systems like ISNetworld and Avetta. You'll work directly with frontline crews, site leadership, and clients to enforce federal and state safety standards and drive continuous improvement in safety practices.

The position demands either a bachelor's degree in Safety or equivalent experience in oil & gas HSE or similar safety roles. You'll need solid knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations, strong communication skills across all organizational levels, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile reporting tools. Because this work includes on-call emergency response availability—including nights and weekends—you must be comfortable with unpredictable scheduling and willing to respond quickly when incidents occur.

The company offers standard benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage; an HSA; paid holidays and PTO; 401k matching; and professional development support. This role suits someone who thrives in the field, values hands-on safety work, and can manage competing demands across multiple sites with minimal supervision.
