About this role
Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking an HSE Specialist I to manage safety and regulatory compliance across field operations in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel (80%+) and on-call availability, including nights and weekends. You'll conduct job site inspections, investigate incidents, prepare compliance reports, and maintain systems like ISNetworld and Avetta to meet federal, state, and client requirements. The position demands regular interaction with frontline crews, site leadership, and clients to embed safety practices and respond to urgent operational needs.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in safety or a related field, or brings at least one year of relevant HSE experience in oil and gas or similar safety-focused roles. You'll need solid knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations, proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile reporting tools, and a valid driver's license with a clean record. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently under pressure, and willingness to respond to emergencies on short notice are essential.
Keystone offers standard benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, an HSA, company-paid life insurance, a 401k match, paid time off, and professional development support. This role suits someone committed to field-based safety work who can manage competing priorities across multiple sites and adapt quickly to operational demands.
